Skill Sets Required –

•  Understanding and experience in converting business requirements into plans/rules in TrueComp
•  High level details on the other Callidus tools – Good knowledge on Incentive Compensation Management concepts
•  Good SQL programming skills
•  Experienced in SDLC and application support roles
•  Experience in Client interaction
  1. Ability to perform requirements analysis and business process study; Ability to work with onshore business teams to understand requirements and transform them to plans/rules
  2. Experience in requirements documentation and management
  3. Ability to articulate business requirements to development and testing teams
  4. Vendor product certifications will be an added advantage
•   Good knowledge on the TrueComp data structure – Knowledge on any ETL & Reporting tools would be an added advantage .

Highly Desirable – Excellent verbal and written.
