The role of the Zenoss Core Tools Support Sr. Analyst is to work within a team with responsibility for the on-going support, deployment, and enhancement of the Zenoss network monitoring solution. The role is pivotal to the growth and success of the capability; the objective of Zenoss being to provide availability and performance monitoring to meet and exceed IO’s complexity of business requirements, from reactive availability monitoring to proactive performance monitoring and reporting and full recognition as a marketable industry leading solution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work within a global and virtual team environment, directly reporting to the IO-Zenoss Core Tools Lead.
  • Co-ordinate with internal IO operational personnel at all levels, to ensure the deployment process is standardized to meet defined processes, is consistent and is efficient. This applies to legacy clients and new clients (for internal deployments and external deployments).
  • Co-ordinate with colleagues in USA, EMEA and Asia locations to investigate, analyze and resolve operational problems and escalations related to IO-Zenoss, working as the Zenoss Core Tools support person for the solution.
  • Co-ordinate with colleagues in USA, EMEA and Asia locations to define processes, identify improvements and create, post and own documentation where required and where appropriate.
